Shipping within Europe

We currently ship across Europe using reliable international carriers.
Each order is carefully prepared and securely packaged before dispatch.

Processing time (lead time):
1-5 business days before shipment.

Delivery Times

We offer fast and secure Express Shipping.

  • Standard delivery: 10 - 18 business days

  • Orders are shipped with trusted carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS or similar)

  • Most orders arrive before the scheduled delivery date

If your order arrives later than the promised delivery window, you will receive a 10% delay compensation.

Order Protection & Returns

You may request a refund or replacement if:

  • your order does not ship

  • your package is missing

  • your item arrives with product issues

Return policy:

  • Returns are accepted on eligible items

  • Items must be unworn and in original condition

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days after delivery

Many L&I Jewelry pieces are finished with skin-friendly materials such as rhodium plating or sterling silver.

While most customers tolerate our jewelry well, individual sensitivities may vary.
If you have known metal allergies, we recommend choosing 925 sterling silver or rhodium-finished pieces.
